Advanced Parameters -> Performance -> Cache -> NO Then refresh the website and try a force Refresh. Crtl + F5 was applied on the Control Panel page but the problems persist. Favicon Icon does not change in Control Panel, Top Banner and Home Hook are successfully changed and saved in Control Panel, however nothing appears in the store www.re9infotech.com. I have problems in several modules that appeared as "configured" in the Control Panel, but nothing appears in the store on them, the Chat was installed by the representative of the same that said may not work properly due to such difficulties but is appearing in the store. Adrian Posted March 12, 2018 Share Posted March 12, 2018 If you visit your site with the language Portuguese PT the banner appears correctly https://re9infotech.com/index.php?id_lang=34 Remember that the banner is associated to a language, add every language you want the banner.
