selosaher Posted March 10, 2018 Share Posted March 10, 2018 Hi everyone I am using prestashop 1.6.1.7 with installed theme and I have problem in the form of the "order confirmation" email that sent to customers. the firstname and lastname are not replaced with the real customer name, the email excatly shows like this: HI {FIRSTNAME} {LASTNAME},THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING WITH ALEPPO LAUREL SOAP! ORDER {ORDER_NAME} - PAYMENT PROCESSED Your payment for order with the reference {order_name} was successfully processed. You can review your order and download your invoice from the "Order history" section of your customer account by clicking "My account" on our shop. If you have a guest account, you can follow your order via the "Guest Tracking" section on our shop. ----------------------- how can I solve this issue?
