(SOLVED)Help needed to sort shipping

Hello all but im trying to sort my shipping and unlucky.
1 I need to have different shipping options for customer to choose
lets say 1st class delivery, 2nd class delivery and special delivery, but as i said i need customer to choose postage. Postage is to uk only. Everything is set to uk. Zones, Countries, Curriers, but still getting just default postage price and no options.

I hate trying to describe shipping to people as its complicated but here goes.

First you should have created 3 carriers, 1sr class, 2nd class and special delivery.
Then depending on how you want the shipping to be calculated, go to either price range or weight range and enter your ranges. If you are just using flat rate for each carrier enter a range like 0-9999 on the price range.
Then click on the shipping tab again and at the bottom you should have fees section enter the prices for each carrier on the drop down menu.
If you want to offer free shipping over a certain price or weight enter this above the fees section if not, make sure it is zero.
Same goes for handling fees.

Dont forget to enter the tracking url for the carriers, for royal mail you will need to enter http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track?trackNumber=@ this will mean that your customers can track their orders from dispatch email and myaccount, if you insert the tracking numbers on the order page.
