Attribute Combinations disappeared

I just finished inputting all my attribute combinations. I have 1600 products all with different options. I found some errors with descriptions and images, etc so I fixed everything in my CSV file, reloaded my products and now all my attribute combinations are gone! I don't understand what happened. This was not the first time I reloaded the products and before the attributes would stay with the products after they were reloaded. Any ideas on what could have caused this or if there is a way to get it back so I don't have to do it all over again? Any help is much appreciated!
