any security difference between 1.2 and 1.2.5 theme?

Hi folks,
I really like a theme that is named et-clean-blue and the author of the theme claims that he updated it to 1.2.

I wonder if there was any security update from PS 1.2 to 1.2.5 ? I'm going to use this theme and also install SLL. But it seems my theme must be 1.2.5. to work with SSL.

By the way, is it expensive to update the theme from 1.2 to 1.3 ?
