Problem on Admin, rights

When I open "employess" - > rights I have the following Error note on top:

What I have to do ?

I'm using Presta 1.3.1.1. german edition.

It is difficult to give an answer w/o further info. Do you have multiple profiles? If so try removing all profiles except the default one and see if you continue receiving the error messages. Post again with the result.

No I have only one. Me as admin... It seems that I have mass problems with language id... Perhaps the official german presta edition is not really language clean ???

I cannot replicate this problem with German, or any other language. Maybe the error is related to server setup, i.e. directory/file permissions?

It seems that this is a ID-Language Problem in some of the moduls I downloaded. Now I've all cleaned-up, and no it was not a server problem.

But I have a major problem with german language:

All the german character simply disappear in the URL-Links. Instead of - Größentabelle - the Link is so: grentabelle. So ö, ä, ü and also ß are not decoded to: oe, ae, ue and ss. This is a big problem... How can I avoid this ?
