Need some SEO good ideas redirects & more

Hello,
I´m in the process of migrate zencart to prestashop.
My situation is:

- Have zencart in domain "A" with good google and other search engines position.
- Install prestashop in domain B (good in google, but not as good as the domain "A" is)
- Domain "A" will still online with some other content.

I make a big 301 redirect from domain "A" (extract links from google webmaster tool) , some links to root, anothers to category.

It´s ok, or i do something wrong?.

If you can match products page from old to product page to new, that is ideal. It may take longer, but may be worth it if you old pages have good rankings.

Match allso categorys cms and so on. It's a lot of work, but try to get all pages to point at the new page.

This is what you want to do. Setup 301 redirects for each product from site "A" to site "B". This will help with your search engine rankings and PageRank.
