Admin panel login issues

Good day everybody, 

after I ran CCleaner software on my computer, I cannot normally login into my Prestashop admin panel. Whenever I'm trying to enter it, it asks username and password. After entering it, page does refresh and remains at the same step.  No error or something else (login data is correct i'm sure). I've noticed that it happens only with secure connection (https://), with non-secure connection everything is fine. 

Also, sometimes from the several times I'm able to login trying login with  https://www.  (my default shop name is without www), but after several minutes it logging off. 

I've tried Internet explorer, Chrome, Mozilla, Opera browsers and with every of it symptoms are the same. Also I've tried to login with Android device, it works fine. 

Any ideas what might be the problem?
