Genosha Posted August 9, 2010 Share Posted August 9, 2010 I have this problem for over a year. I thought it might be a problem in 1.1.0.5. which I was running till last week. Last week I updated to the newest version and I hoped that would've solved the problem. Sadly it didn't.On my shop I got 2 contacts. One is customer support, the second on to the webmaster (me). Both contacts are different e-mail addresses on different domainnames and providers. I am using the default PHP mail() function to send out the e-mails. At the same hostingprovider I run Wordpress on a different pack/database/domain and WP sends out e-mails without problems.How can I fix this? Customers complained recently about not being answered.
