[SOLVED] Added Language - now no wysiwyg - following errors

I added a language pack to my site, but now all my wysiwyg menus are gone. I'm not a coder, so I don't understand previous posts about how to fix this problem. Can someone please tell me how to fix this? I didn't have this problem until I installed the language pack. Following are the errors I am receiving.

Logged in with incorrect url. ---- works okay now.
