samuel89
Hi, How to apply cart rule in backoffice for created orders? Is there a module? So far vanilla prestashop only allows new cart rules to be created.
selectshop.at
You don't need a module for that, you can edit the order and manually add the amount to be deducted. On back-office on the order, just on bottom before amounts block you will find on left site a button on where you can edit the order. Order must be open and not set as paid. Paid orders or delivered orders you cannot change. http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Orders
samuel89
Thanks selectshop.at. But doing what u mention like will create new cart rules. What I want is to only use existing cart rule., Basically, typing a voucher code after order is created.. Is there a way?
selectshop.at
Unfortunately this is not possible. If you need more customization on orders you should use an ERP or buy a module, like these one: https://addons.prestashop.com/en/order-management/23760-orders-management-edit-existing-orders.html https://addons.prestashop.com/en/order-management/24429-orders-management-pro-edit-orders-and-custom-numbers.html https://addons.prestashop.com/en/order-management/23748-advanced-order-management-edit-order-duplicate-order.html You can also use the Presta Store Manager (link on my signature) for to make changes on your order, but no one of the modules I named will give you the possibility to deduct an available voucher, cause this is not part of prestashop's logic. You can add a new one directly to the order, or you can simply deduct an amount or percentage without creating new voucher with the other modules named.
