layout issue

I have made a small modification on a free purple template for several month ago.
But since a day or two some of the text has moved down. I have no idea why this just happened. And i am not so very skilled about this so i thaught that maybe someone on the forum maybe can see what the problem is :-)
And the problem dont come up in Firefox so i cant try with the firebug thing.
I have the problem coming up in Internet Explorer. (maybe it comes up in other browser as well)
