how to save CSV file with semicolon?

hello
i'm trying to import database from zencart to prestashop , i have spent days
my product descripttion usually has " ; " and " , " and other html code , how to import product with these descripttion
when i use excel to make csv file , it always saved with comma
ie " name , size ,color
but i need it saved as name; size;color
or "name";"size";"color"
can any one help me ?
