Delete required fields in registration form.

I have a problem to make an accidental field (other / other = Additional information) mandatory for registration.
done through customer - manage your customers and then select mandatory fields for this selection below.

Now I want to make this go wrong but the question is how do you do that.

This is no longer there.

And in the countries option it is not included in the format but is still an option in the address choice.

how do I undo this again?

If i select the Other in the adress format, it still be mandatory
