masera Posted December 18, 2017 Share Posted December 18, 2017 Salve a tutti ragazzi, ho cercato aiuto nel forum Francese, ma aspetto ancora... Cercando di fare un multisiot ( 1 per i clienti privati e l'altro per i negozianti) avevo chiesto a 2 webmaster ( pagando) di aiutarmi, ma invece di far questo mi hanno ancor piu fatto ****** Allora ho deciso di occuparmene da solo, ho ben creato il multisito ( per il momento in locale) dunque localhost e localhost/pro, son riuscito a non perdere lo stock ecc.... tutto perfetto fin li. Sono arrivato al punto di creare i gruppi clienti in modo da far vedere o no i prezzi. Nello shop privati, tutto bene, ma nello shop PRO invece, ho avuto pena a creare un gruppo che adesso funziona, ma se cerco di creare un secondo gruppo mi duplica il primo prendendo in conto tutti i parametri del primo, e se cancello il secondo gruppo creato, mi cancella tutti e 2 i gruppi.... fedesib Posted December 18, 2017 Share Posted December 18, 2017 Ciao, secondo me potresti provare due strade: 1. aggiornare PS (l'ultima versione è la 1.6.1.17) 2. dal manuale: Sharing customers and customer groups As indicated above, stores within the same store group can share clients: all you have to do it set the proper option when creating the store group. Groups are less detailed: if you change one of the default customer group in one store, the change is applied to all the other stores, regardless of the store group. If you want to have different customer group for each store, you must create a new group and use the "Multistore configuration for" selector to associate the group with the current store or store group. http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Sample+Usages+and+Specifics#SampleUsagesandSpecifics-Sharingcustomersandcustomergroups Il problema con i gruppi potrebbe essere dovuto alle impostazioni che hai dato per i clienti (condivisi o meno dai due negozi), prova a verificare. masera Posted December 18, 2017 Author Share Posted December 18, 2017 mise à jour fatta ma non cambia niente, per i gruppi, non ho toccato ai gruppi che stanno già sul PS ma creato un gruppo nuovo poi asseganto al sito PRO, ma poi come detto, non posso creare piu gruppi altrimenti ma li duplica Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
