How can I show Product Name, Category Name then Site Name in the Title Tags?

I been digging all around trying to get my title tags the way I want them to display.

How can I get them in this order above?

Yea I know it will be over 60 with the site name at the end but the site name is from search words so I think i am covered.

I might even be able to leave the site name off...

So how can I take control of the title tag?

I am running 1.3.1 and all of tomerg3's seo tips from here http://www.presto-changeo.com/content/6-prestashopseotips

I also bought his Duplicate URL Redirect Module but im still trying to track down the right solution for the title tags. There are so many posts to do this and that in the classes/tools.php

I already have his tweaks and I think the are great but does not address the title tag as far a site name and cat stuff. My issue arises when I try to hack the title tag with all the other posts.

With his code in place in tools the other hacks no longer apply because the code is gone...

God I hope I said that right...
