Delete Cache Problem

I am trying to delete the Cache files in tools>smarty>compile, but getting the following error..

Error deleting file'%^02A^02A6242D%%supplier-list.tpl.php'.
/tools/smarty/compile/%^02A^02A6242D%%supplier-list.tpl.php: Forbidden command argument

I checked the file permissions which should be okay, any ideas?

How are you trying to delete them? ftp?

Try using your cPanel (if you host has one)

Hi Tomerg3, thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately my host doesn't have a cPanel, but I got around the problem by enabling cache and force refresh.
