Logo, cart and menu in nav hook on mobile devices

Hello,

I want to put logo and cart in nav position, only on mobile view. I use default bootstrap theme, and by default it's show logo and cart with full width, like in print screen (first image), but I want something like on second image. Is it posible? I check source code of that second site which is not mine, and they also use default bootstrap theme.

Does anyone know how can I do that?

you can only do that with jquery or javascript , moving these elements when the resolution is xxx  (mobile resolution)
