missing order

Hi, I've problem with order - I received payment via Dotpay (so order has to be done at my prestashop shop) but there is no order I can see. In client's panel I see my client but I have no idea what she ordered - there is only information what she was checking at  store - can anyone help me with that?

go to customers, carts, and find the customer email or amount , and you can convert that cart into a norder, or at least, see wich products purchase
