[1.7.2.4] SEO Performance (URL Cleaner) - Can't create new articles

Hello everyone!

I bought the module [1.7.2.4] SEO Performance (URL Cleaner) by Prestashop (see https://addons.prestashop.com/en/seo-natural-search-engine-optimization/25758-seo-performance-url-cleaner.html with extended support and this module does not work, see my video!

Tried it on different shops (also a blank shop) with different seo-settings, cleaned cache and anything else, but I'm not able to create a new product without 404-error. It only works before I delete my "browser-cache". 

Prestashop-support seems to be busy, I don't get any answers on my question, asked them 4 days ago. 

So my question for all users here: Does anyone use this addon and does it work, or I'm the only one with this problem?

Thank you for your feedback.
Indeed the form does not work at the first save. We've noticed this error is caused because the input for url rewrite / friendly URL is empty at the first click, and is set right after, making it work for the second click.
We will try to find a solution but i'm afraid it could take some time.

 

So, don't buy this addon before they have fixed the bug, you are not able to create a product anymore. I hope I will get my money back!
