Fitting theme to prestashop

Hi.

I have made my design to my shop.

I want all the homepage content, only the main hook to be in a div I made.
In another div i want the Hook of top, with flags, currencies etc.
There is the same design on every page except for the one, where you browse the products, but there is room in a div for that.

Can I do it that way? I think it must be simple just to put the right code inside the divs, or am I wrong?

Hope you can help me get back on track, cause I have no idea what to do.
