tomerg3
I want to export my products from one PS shop to another. Can someone help? I assume that you mean from one PS shop to another PS shop.Unless the new shop has all the categories from the old shop, you would also have to export/import those.Same goes for attributes, features, images , customization fields and attachments.Let me know which of these you need, and I could tell you which tables you need to copyYou could use phpmyadmin, or a backup module on my site (http://www.presto-changeo.com/prestashop-modules/37-automatic-prestashop-backup.html), which lets you backup certain tables which you could restore on the new site. TheHat
Will this module work if the back up is from one url and the import is into a new url?I know what tables etc to export/import but when i tried to do a manual move their are errors on the import. What I'm trying to do is export cats, products etc etc from one site, into another site. I just don't want to have to manually add all the products again. Is this possible?TheHat
tomerg3
Yes, the backup has nothing to do with the URL, you can backup on one site and restore on another.
