Productlist / product box modification ??

Hello everyone,

Im using PS 1.6 basic theme (bootstrap)

This is my first question but probably not the last one. Ive started with prestashop a week ago but iv got problem with productlist/productbox modification. I was looking for the answer without precised answer. 

I would like to turnoff hover effect on product box on main page in product list and modify it to static elements (with buttons ""add to cart" and "more" visible).

Where i should look for core files to turn this hoover effect off.
