Mobile Menu : How to have it already opened ?

Hi,

Using 1.6.1.17. We are using the default Bootstrap theme. on 1.6.1.17. Currently the mobile menu opens up with a + next to it and the sections are hidden (as shown below)



Not sure which .tpl etc I need to change a flag so it opens by default.



Any pointers would be really helpful.
