Contact form not working

I hope someone can help me with this.

I have been running with Prestashop for a few months however I have just realised that I am not receiving messages sent from the contact form. I do get order confirmation and no stock messages so it appears that it is just the contact form which is not working.

I have followed the suggestions here but this has not helped. My hosting company (freeola) have said:

" If you are currently using a third party or custom Form-to-Mail script, you need to add a parameter containing '-f [email protected]' with the same address as in your 'From:' header (this must be a valid Freeola-hosted address). An example is provided below:

mail('[email protected]', 'subject', 'body', 'From: [email protected]', '-f [email protected]'); "

However they cannot tell me where to include this.

Any help would be most appreciated

I think the issue is that the host will only send messages from my domain email addresses. It appears that I have to set the $from command to one of my email addresses. I have seen this in the following files:

Message.php
swift.php
contact-form-php

but the message still does not send. Is there anywhere else I can change this?
