Moneybookers - Activation problem

Hi guys

Im having some trouble activating my moneybookers module.. I have a merchant account and i have a secret word tryped in, but when i try to active it on my prestashop it comes with this error: Account validation failed, your email might be wrong

And im 100% sure my email aint wrong and its the correct secret word i type in... What to do?

If the secret word is not validate yet:
2) The secret word check is limited to 3 per hour per user, for security reasons(moneybookers side) – so you should try an hour later and it will work again.

If you still having issue
3)make sure secret word is 10 characters or less, made up of lowercase letters and numbers
