Client side add to cart

Hello. From what I saw adding products to cart is made by a HTTP request to website.com/?rand=1505901346166
with the following parameters.

What does token and ipa mean? and where do I get them?

What I'm looking for is the best way to add products to cart from client side, independent from the theme.
