Quando un utente prova a segnarsi nel sito, inserendo la sua email, visualizza il seguente errore: TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to load form. Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: parsererror Ho cercato di risolverlo in tutti i modi ma senza successo. Qualcuno può aiutarmi? ballashop Posted October 26, 2018 Share Posted October 26, 2018 Ciao, ho avuto lo stesso problema, i clienti non riuscivano a fare la registrazione, la cosa strana è che il giorno dopo tutto è tornato a funzionare correttamente. Il servizio clienti del server che ospita il sito, ci ha scritto che loro non hanno fatto interventi in tal senso e che, cito testualmente: "la problematica sembra essere generata direttamente da Prestashop il quale nell'ultimo mese ha avuto parecchi problemi ai propri server" Rimango un pò preoccupato da questa affermazione, ciò significa che potrebbe accadere di nuovo.
