Order Tracking

if you define in the carriers (Shipping->Carriers) a Tracking URL, then when you set an order to Shipped in the Order tab, you will be able to enter the Tracking number, which will be available from the site (my account block) and also be sent via email to the customer

Not sure what you mean, but the tracking URL needs to be added from the carrier page, click edit next to the carrier you want to enter a URL for.

I put this URL http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/processRequest?HTMLVersion=5.0&Requester=NES&AgreeToTermsAndConditions=yes&loc=en_US&tracknum;=@

for my UPS shipping and then selected the status of an order to shipped and didnt get a box to put the tracking number in. Is is on the order page that this box is to be?

Can you please tell me what the URL for USPS is?

The URL for the USPS tracking site is http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm?from=home_header&page=trackandconfirm I don't know how to change it/where to put the @.

tomerg3, I recently purchased your Authorize.net module and got a merchant account, everything is working great I just don't know how to notify the customer of the shipment.
