niftyC Posted August 31, 2017 Share Posted August 31, 2017 Hi, I am having trouble with Prestashop Classic theme, it doesn't seem to be responsive across devices, viewing on a desktop PC seems fine, everything where we want it to be, but on tablets and phones we have things not not updating and not showing properly. Example; the sliding banners. We updated the text and looked great on our desktop PC but when checked on Tablet it is the same as original. What is even stranger is that when we first set up the site I added the images and text on the banners and could see on all devices but now it only updates on desktop?? Also the About Us page, we have put our write up in via Back Office but again we can only see this on Desktop PC, when viewing on Tablet or Mobile it is still in the original Latin?
