When ever I click "Add to cart" or whenever I try to zoom a product image, I get an unresponsive darker background as shown in the picture in the link. I don't know how to work around this. _tech Posted August 30, 2017 Share Posted August 30, 2017 Hi, This is normal working lightbox behaviour except if your add to cart popup is on bottom right of the screen like in your screenshot or the darker background does not extend to full screen.
