[Solved] PDF docs missing information

I created a PS installation ver 1.3.1 on a test server, all appeared to work correctly.
So I copied all the files and db onto a live server, the shop works ok, the only issue I'm aware of is that pdf documents don't come out correctly.

The products and prices are shown on the document as are the postcode and tel. number, however, nothing else is.
The customer address and delivery address are missing, so is the company name and information in the footer.
Also, the logo is shown.

As the pdf is being created and some of the information is there, the question is, why is some information missing?
Where is the information being sourced from?
Why is some being found but not all?
If the info is held in the db, is there a problem with the db?

I need to get to the bottom of this but I don't know where to look to try and solve it.
I've tried reinstalling the PS sw, still the same results, which tends to point to the db.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Is there any way of getting hold of some sort of debugging script for the pdf creation process?
