Ja, dat kan.

1
# Disable Friendly urls.
# Use phpMyAdmin to create a backup of your current live-shop database.
# Backup your current live-shop files via FTP.

2
# On your new host do a clean install with the same version as your current shop.
# Delete all the files of this new install EXCEPT the new setting.inc.php!
# Use phpMyAdmin to empty the database of this new install

3
# Restore via phpMyAdmin your live-shop database backup made at 1.
# Restore via FTP the backup of your live-shop files (do NOT copy the old setting.inc.php!) made at 1.

Check the rights on files and folders!
Check that your store runs without errors!

Bij stap 2. Delete all the files. Dus alle mappen en bestanden behalve setting.inc.php?
Hoe moet ik de database leegmaken? Alle tabellen verwijderen of enkel de records?
