Show all "out of stock" items on separate page?

Hi Guys

 

Can anyone please assist as I am looking to show all products with 0 quantities on a separate page. If a product's quantity reaches 0 after being sold it needs to show in this "out of stock" page and if I change the quantity in the back office it removes the product form this page.

 

Is this possible? 

Currently using Prestashop 1.6
