prestahero.com
I did turn on dev mode. The page loaded white with no errors displayed. What else can I do? Thanks. you now need to disable the module you just installed (it's not compatible with your website) you can't load the back office so you need to do this using ftp or the hosting file manager. Just find the module folder (it's located in /modules/) directory, rename it to another name (eg if it's googleapi, rename it to googleapi123) then reload your backoffice, it would work again
[email protected]
This worked BRILLIANTLY! I am so relieved, my back office is back! Can I now safely delete that module folder that I renamed? Edited August 21, 2017 by [email protected] (see edit history)
razaro
@docprego You did not mention what version of PrestaShop you have and also link to github module could help. And like ets-soft suggested best to try rename/delete that folder. Also admin folder maybe there is error.log file or from yours cPanel File manager check root and see if there is log folder. Edited August 21, 2017 by razaro bit late replay, glad you sort it (see edit history)

Can I now safely delete that module folder that I renamed? yes, you can do that But to have it works on your site you need to contact the module author, give them your Prestashop version and ask them how to fix
