Webservice not accessible via synesty

Hi there,

according the developers's guide, webservice api should be accessible via myshop.com/api/customers/, but it isn't. It opens up a window asking for user and login datas. Where come these information from? SuperAdmin and webservice key doesn't work.

 

Trying to connect via synesty prestashop module, same problem. No authentication

 

Filling in these in browser works: myshop.com/api/customers&ws_key=mykey.

 

How can I solve this problem? Thanks for help

For the login data: Could you try using the API-key for the username and no password?

 

Have you checked our documentation at http://docs.synesty.com/display/SSUD/PrestaShop ?

And maybe try again, there have been some changes recently.
