Shopping Cart not displaying correctly

I have a item I sell that comes in 3 different sizes and colours which I have worked out how to add via the 'attributes and groups' tab however when someone goes to purchase from the site via the shopping cart it lists the whole 3 sizes and colours as per below. If the customer is just purchasing for example a Large - Blue with White Writing & Logo, then this is all I want to be listed on the shopping cart. At the moment when a person goes to purchase for example the Large - Blue with White Writing & Logo, it shows all of the available options like where it says 'Large - Blue with White Writing & Logo, Medium - Black with Green Writing & Logo, Small - Clear with Purple Writing & Logo'. Can anyone tell me what I need to do here to fix this as I can't work it out?

You didn't enter the attribute correctly, basically, each combinations need to have ONLY 1 attribute from each group.

You should use the Combination Generator which is found at the top of the combination tab in the product editor
