presta911 Posted August 11, 2017 Share Posted August 11, 2017 I am using the Paypal v3.11.4 official module. The Paypal amount charged and the Prestashop cart values do not match. When someone pays for some reason the items are sent through with tax per item. The problem is, that because of rounding, this amount does not match the amount Prestashop has for the order, and it results in a error. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thanks! Scully Posted August 11, 2017 Share Posted August 11, 2017 (edited) It is a well known issue and also well documented in different forum sections. There are two options. 1 ) Check preferences - general. There you have rounding rules defined as per line or as per total. You can change that and try again. It might work. 2) You fix the paypal module by doing the rouding differently. Search the forum for the fixes needed there.
