Some users cannot see their invoices

I have this problem on my prestashop 1.6.1.5

Some users can not access their last invoice

example:

yes: client/invoice_pdf.php?id=2017007327&secure_key=da559ad0c2d0031e4194eb56a69bcda5

no: client/invoice_pdf.php?id=2017013857&secure_key=da559ad0c2d0031e4194eb56a69bcda5

I have seen the ps_orders table and is the secure_key.

The client that ca not see the page see a scren with this text:

You are not authorized to view this page

any idea?
