Problem with categories

Problem with categories:

 

Categories allocation:

 

root > A over B

root > C over B

 

I simply have moved the category B position from under category A, to under the category C

 

And now... Idk what fucking is happend every product, i set associated to category B continue to stay displayed also in category A, also if the category A is not checked.

 

Why all products that i say they are in category B, they stay also in category A also if the category A is not checked ? I want to remove the accociation of these products from A, they need stay only in C and B, not in A.

 

What kind of bug is that ?

Create 1 product from new and set category association only B, it get also the association to A, also if A is not signed. I have checked the database and the categori id associated with the products they are in the right category so why i continue to see these products also in the wrogn category A ? The category id are all right and also the parents category are all right in database.

The bug is of the layered module at 100 %, recreating the filters don't solve the issue. Disabling it all the products are in the right categories.

The error is happend after we renamed the name of one of the main categories, from when we have do this, all the products associated with the categories under this category, become associated with the main category, also if this category is not cheched.

 

So now the bug appear with aprox 7-8 categories all the one under the category x. If we set any product associated with one of the subcategory of the category x, all the products are associated also with the category x, also if the category is not checked.

 

So are aprox 7-8 categories bugged.

NEW TESTS

Ok, we have understand one important thing: that if i press NO to show products in the subcategories in layered module, all is perfect, he is thinking that the categories we removed from this main category for move under another one, are couninuously under this main category

 

So, where are writed all the subcategories association, so we can go to correct this in database ?

 

We check in database this: ps_category and these 2 are right: id_category, id_parent, id_shop_default, level_depth.

 

In what any other places is writed the association fo the subcategories ?

 

Somewhere, idk where, is write that the subcategory X and Y are under the category A, but these are not anymore becouse we moved these 3 categories underunder the category B now.

 

Someone know where we need to check this exactly in database ?

SOLVED: i have see in database in category orders, there was some categories with same order id, order i mean the order in their subcategory, so i have simply moved up and down the categories in the category menu BO, and these have get the right id, so is the id order of these that was bugged, and it is become bugged moving the position of some categories, moving all up and down in order and let these get the right id by these, have fix the problem, and all is perfect now
