Strange unknown user accounts appeared in my shop

Hi,

I found two strange unknown user accounts in my default customers group. I don't have an idea, where they came from. There are no names, no e-mails, nothing. When I try to delete any of the accounts I receive this message: object cannot be loaded.

Any suggestion what's going on and what's the reason?

maybe are a bots. delete all and if the problem persist, try to ban the ips

Hi,

I can't delete them. I receive error message: the object can not be loaded. If i edit some of these accounts, and enter all details like name, email etc. the change is successful but then a new account is created and the empty accounts remain in the group. When try to delete the new created account, the system tells it is deleted, but actually it remains.

Maybe I must try to delete from php my admin.

How to see the IP addresses and to ban them?
