Upgrade from 1.6.1.14 to 1.7.1.1 "enabling modules..."

Hello,

 

Update was going to "enabling modules..." and hang on this process, after ~5-10 minutes server return 504 error... Now I can login to admin panel but looks like something not updated... Now I see variable instead Menu titles and can't open 2 pages (screen https://www.screencast.com/t/UmnWhSoQvVsI). All other page looks like works. So several questions:

1. Is "enabling modules..." should processing so long time? 20 minutes and I need to disable timeout at server? I was delete all not PrestaShop modules before updating.

2. Is there ability to run only part of update beginning from "enabling modules" to fix my current shop state? If yes - what should I do?
