Physical Quantity Different From Real Quantity?

Hello, I have a strange error in my E-Commerce.

 

I have activated th ASM and the ROCKPOS, I've prestatools too.

 

In the last phew days I saw a problem inside the Stock Management: some products have the REAL quantity different from the Physical quantity. 

 

How it's possible if I don't have the POS or any ordere active?

 

Can I Fix this problem?

 

If i try to give a -2 product the +2, the real quantity become 0 but the physcal it's 2.
