Download and extract the tawkto.zip2. Upload `tawkto` directory to the `/modules/` directory3. Install module from `Modules -> Front Office Features`4. Go to `Administration`, then to `Tawk.to` to select page and widget you wish to use That is you have to EXTRACT the zip folder If you did,then what version of prestashop are you using? This was the problem, the name of the folder, I renamed it to tawkto and then the module appeared in the modules section of PS, I installed it and it's running. Many thanks for the help All the best.
