Options for a product with 3 attributes and 32 values?

I have a product with 3 attributes with 32, 32 and 2 values respectively.

 

That makes 2048 combinations for this product.

 

And I have 5 products like this.

 

Is there a better way to sell this product as opposed to using combinations?

 

 

 

Background:

 

I sell prescription goggles. Prescriptions range from 0 to 8 going up 0.25, so a total of 32 powers per eye.

 

multiply that by both sides = 1024

multiply that by 2 colours = 2048 combinations for this product.
