How to remove category from product url? How to remove id from any SEO url easily?

1. How to remove category from product url?

e.g. from xxx.com/category_name/product_name.html to xxx.com/product_name.html

2. How to remove id from any SEO url easily? (I know the purpose of that id, just want to remove it)

e.g. xxx.com/category_id-category_name.html and etc.

I have searched a lot solutions, but you have to write in the .htaccess file for each item which is not practical.

Is there any simple solution or sophisticated SEO module to solve this problem?

Removing the category name is easy, but removing the IDs is more difficult. Have you tried this module? I don't understand why you want to do it though, since having the category name in the URL adds keywords that improve the ranking of products, and the number is ignored by search engines or has a very minimal impact.
