aguiu Posted July 4, 2017 Share Posted July 4, 2017 (edited) I have created a new email template by copying it from order_conf.html and txt, and I have assigned it to a new order status, but it turns out that when I change to that order status in the sending email it does not incorporate the products, payments, amounts , etc ... only exits {products} {payment} etc ... so it can not get the variables it needs, how can I fix it?
