Error while sending messages using built in form after upgrading from 1.1 to 1.3.1

Hi,
I am no more able to receive emails from clients that try to use the built in contact form.
I am getting this issue after upgrading from 1.1 to 1.3.1
Is there a know bug or something like that to fix the problem?

post message sent is:

Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded
Content-Length: 78
id_contact=2&[email protected]&message=test&submitMessage=Send

the error I get is:

There is 1 error :
1. an error occurred while sending message

I wonder why they still didn't fix that. :/
