Displaying taxes for the U.E. but final product pricing remains the same for the Rest of the World

Hello, 

 

I am getting lost. I am not a developper and i have been searching information and haven't found none about what i want to achieve. I have a online shop running with Prestashop 1.5

 

I am located in the U.E. and i want my products pricing to be displayed without VAT on the front store.

Until here everything is fine. My problem is i  want the VAT only to appear during the checkout process + final invoice for E.U buyers and not be included in the checkout+ final invoice for the rest of the world. For the buyers out of the E.U the final product price would remain the same as for the E.U buyer with vat included....

 

Do someone have an idea how to configure this? Adding a module, changing a few code or hiring a developper?

To make it clearer here is an example:

 

As an example:

 

Customer from Spain

Product Price: 165€ >>> When check out VAT would appear 136€ vat excluded + 29€ Taxes

 

Customer from the US: 

Product pricing: 165€ >>> When check out VAT would NOT appear and final pricing would be 165€
