I'm not certain, but it is likely that the CSS file matches a blocking pattern in your robots.txt file on your server. If you don't have FTP access to your site to modify that file, you'd have to ask your service provider.

Thanks prosci8, unfortunatelly that's not the problem, I added Allow: .css in the end of the robots.txt file, and the problem persist.

 

I think the main reason about this problem is that the .css file is too big, and it takes long time to load it. Could it be ?
